I’ve been in a bit of a funk with photography lately. I haven’t been taking pictures, but have been talking myself into believing I want to. Well finally yesterday I forced myself to pick up the camera and start shooting. And you know what? It was a total and complete blast. And I remember now why I love it!

These are fantastic! What camera do you have? (and if a Canon, what lens(es)? :-)

Thanks, Tim! These were at a park a few miles from the house, and I brought the Vivitar 285HV and umbrella with a remote trigger. I have a Canon 40D that I absolutely love, and this was with the Canon 50mm 1.8. I’ve borrowed my Dad’s 16-35 L and while that’s my favorite, but the cheap plastic 50mm 1.8 is an easy second. Haven’t tried my sis’s 50mm 1.4 yet, but that may be my next lens purchase, since it’s about 1/5 the cost of the 16-35!

Great pictures the baby is especially cute! I have a pedal car question. I saw how the rear axle works but not the pedals. I see it looks like she is just pushing back and forth, do you have a picture of the pedal setup? Very curious! Thanks.
